The image size measuring instrument can quickly detect the contours, surface dimensions, angles and positions of various complex and precision parts, especially the microscopic inspection and quality control of precision parts, and can be used for product development, two-dimensional counting, etc.
The three axes adopt high-precision optical ruler (0.001mm).
2D measurement and 2.5D measurement models are available.
Objective lens (optional) 0.5X, 2X.
Instrument accuracy XY(3.0+L/200)um. L is the measured distance in mm. Accuracy according to ISO10360-7 or ISO10360-2 specifications.
